Factual release — artist-supplied A gallery for one grain of sand at Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi The World’s Greatest Grain of Sand is at site 41, Marks Park, until 2 November 2026. SYDNEY — Bondi artist Nate Don, working as Procrastinatedon, has installed a gallery for a single grain of sand inside a shipping container at Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2026. The grain, from Mackenzies, is encased in epoxy and set in a gilded holder. Visitors enter and press a button inside for fifteen seconds of light before the room goes dark. Help and repeat viewing are available. The published format is five cents for fifteen seconds. Contributions are optional; payment is not required to view. The exhibition runs from 16 October to 2 November 2026. The work is at site 41 in Marks Park, Tamarama. Viewing starts at about 9am and finishes around 6:30–7pm while power is on for the indoor gallery.
